At Xunrovargroz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your aromatic candle purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your aromatic candle must meet the following conditions:

• The candle must be unused and in its original packaging
• The return must be requested within 30 days of the purchase date
• The candle must be in the same condition as when you received it
• You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Candles that have been burned or used
• Items damaged due to misuse or negligence
• Personalized or custom-made candles
• Items purchased more than 30 days ago

Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us at info@xunrovargroz.world or through our contact form with your order number
2. Provide a reason for the return
3. Wait for return authorization and instructions
4. Package the candle securely in its original packaging
5. Ship the item back to our return address (provided upon authorization)

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned aromatic candle, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange your candle for a different fragrance, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will provide instructions for returning the original item and placing a new order. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective aromatic candle, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Store Returns

If you purchased your candle at our Oakland location, you may return it in person within 30 days of purchase with your receipt. Please bring the item in its original packaging.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund yet, please check the following:

• Check your bank account or credit card statement
• Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is posted
• Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay
• If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
